Ferry crossings run approximately every half an hour from Portsmouth, Lymington or Southampton and take between 15 to 55 minutes depending on route taken. Details on www.wightlink.co.uk or www.redfunnel.co.uk, as you may have to book if you are bringing your car. Foot passenger fares are approximately £14.00 for a day return.  The workshops are approximately 20 minutes drive away from the ferry terminals at East Cowes (from Southampton) or Fishbourne (from Portsmouth).  Car parking facilities are available at Portsmouth, Lymington and Southampton ferry terminals.  Portsmouth passenger ferry terminal is situated inside Portsmouth Harbour train station, and Southampton ferry terminal provides a free bus to and from its main train station.

For the most cost effective car ferry do not travel at peak times, normally Saturday and mornings. Cheapest times are early morning or evening.

Buses run from all ferry terminals to main Island towns. Best route is bus to Newport then bus from Newport to Godshill, alight at Blackwater Mill then walk down the lane or cycle track to Naturezones

The island is a beautiful place, why not make your stay a little longer and explore the island!
